1. Customer Service

2. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and America Express. If you choose another method of payment your order will not be shipped until we receive payment. There is a $30.00 penalty charge for all NSF checks.

3. Customs and Tariffs

All orders are shipped FOB Sidney Ryan, USA. We are not responsible for any customs and tariffs for orders that are ship internationally.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation of regular orders can be made up to 8 hours from time ordered (unless items shipped out due to specific shipping deadlines). Special request orders are non-cancelable and non refundable.

5. Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, based on availability. In the event of a backorder of items that have been ordered, we will send it as soon as possible. You will be contacted as soon as possible if any order cannot be shipped out. We ship orders inside the USA via UPS (United Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on location. Alaska and Hawaii require shipments via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. International orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service).

6. Returns/Exchanges/Credit

All Exchanges must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Exchanges must be in their original condition, with the original invoice. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and shipped back to the customer. Store Credit - you will receive either credit or merchandise exchange upon your request for future orders (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).

We will do our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions with us. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the safety, security features, and confidentiality.
